To establish transparency in healthcare cost and quality so residents can make better-informed healthcare choices and policymakers can use trusted data to guide decision making.

Through the development and use of the All-Payer Claims Database and other data sources, we seek to improve the health of Connecticut residents, communities, and the state's economy by expanding access to high-quality healthcare; reducing the cost of care; and ensuring that solid data supports healthcare analysis and the reforms happening at all levels of healthcare delivery.
